My blood pressure is well down! Regularly getting readings 120’s and some in 130’s. Even got into the 115-118 range several times. Haven’t seen these for years. Very enthused.

I just wanted to share the happy news with you – we set out to release 20kg back in August last year, and we’ve done it!
Starting weight (and all of the bad stuff that went with it): 78.5kg > today 58.4kg
 
I’ve learnt so much about the relationship between hydration and body fat % – plus the impact of regular exercise on those numbers (not to mention overall wellbeing and energy levels), portion size and metabolism along the way.
